2018-2019 BASKETBALL FALL REGISTRATION

Boys Basketball: ages 7-18 (age as of December 31st)

Girls Basketball: ages 7-18 (age as of December 31st)

REGISTRATION DATES:

Saturday, September 29th from 12pm to 2:30pm

Dick's Sporting Goods Store, Hull Street Road

Sunday, September 30th 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Oasis Sports Park, 15300 Cosby Road

Saturday, October 13th from 12:00pm to 2:00pm

Registration forms are available on line at www.woodlakewarriors.com

All first time players must have a copy of their birth certificate accompany registration forms

Uniform sizing will be done during registration. PLEASE bring your child/children with you to ensure proper fitting.

If your child/children are using last year's jersey, PLEASE bring your player number.

Discount of $5 on capitalization fee if not previously paid this year
